Consular Days in Vancouver, October 31 – November 2, 2024

This is to inform that Embassy of Estonia is organizing a consular day (appointments for passport, ID-card, issuing of e-residency card) at the Estonian Church (address: 6520 Oak Street, Vancouver, British Columbia V6P 3Z2) on October 31, November 1st and 2nd, 2024.

Please note: booking confirmation shows by default Embassy of Estonia in Ottawa as a location, but if you book for the right dates October 31- November 2, 2024 – please be assured that all appointments take place in Vancouver.  

Please bring (valid) passport for identification.

Important information for Estonian passport / ID card applicants:

  • Please prefill and print the application. Do not sign the completed form.
  • No need to bring a physical document photo. Digital passport photos are required – how to send those to the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board will be explained during the appointment.
  • State fees shall be paid with interact e-transfer (Consul will determine your exact amount at the appointment).

  • When applying for an Estonian citizen’s document for the first time also fill in an additional form. If possible, bring simple photocopy of your Canadian passport.
  • NB! Initial Esto nian passport/ID-card applicants or those with a name change, please have your Canadian documents (birth, marriage, name change etc certificates) certified with an Apostille. Please read from the Global Affairs Canada web-site regarding the Apostille requirement and how to get an apostille for Canadian documents.
